Single-Leg Triangle Dribble (Right & Left Sides)

Roll the ball laterally across the front of the cone with the sole, drag it back diagonally at 45 degrees, and push it forward with the inside of the same foot to form a triangle; performed for 30 seconds on the right foot, then 30 seconds on the left foot. Work interval: 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds between exercises, as instructed by the coach.

Key points

  • Complete all three sides of the triangle using only one foot
  • Roll across, drag back, and push forward in one fluid cycle
  • Work equally on dominant and non-dominant feet

Common mistakes

Switching feet mid-triangle rather than isolating the working foot.
