How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard under Settings → Subscription, or by contacting our support email.

How do refunds and billing work?

Payments are processed securely via Creem (Merchant of Record). For refund requests, send your purchase receipt or customer email to fenglq02@gmail.com.
