Low Lunge Quad Stretch - Right Leg Forward / Left Knee Bent

Step right foot forward into a low lunge, bend the left knee, and reach back with the left hand to draw the foot in for a quad stretch.

Key points

  • Gently draw the back heel toward the glute
  • Keep both hands grounded if grabbing the foot causes knee discomfort
