Cone Squares (Sole Roll, Sole Drag & Inside Pushes)

Start with the ball in front of the cone, roll it across the front using the sole, drag it back with the opposite sole, push it behind the cone with the inside of the foot, and push it forward to the start point, tracing a square around the cone. Work interval: 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds between exercises, as instructed by the coach.

Key points

  • Execute distinct 90-degree directional changes at each corner of the square
  • Use sole rolls along front and side boundaries and inside touches to return
  • Keep the ball tight to the cone perimeter

Common mistakes

Cutting corners into a circle rather than maintaining crisp 90-degree square boundaries.
