Step back into a reverse lunge, drop the same-side elbow down toward the inside of the front ankle, then shoot hips upward to stretch the front hamstring. Key points: - Sink deep into the hip flexor stretch on the lunge - Bring elbow toward the inside ankle to open the hip - Elevate hips upward to actively stretch the hamstring Common mistakes: Rushing through the stretch without pausing at the end range.
