Double Same-Foot V-Cut Drill

Push the ball across your body with the inside of the far foot, execute a sole drag-back and inside push (V-cut) with that foot, then repeat the V-cut with the opposite foot to cross the cone.

Key points

  • Push the rebound across the midline with the inside of the far foot
  • Place the sole on the ball, pull it back toward your hip, and push out at a 45-degree angle with the inside
  • Immediately perform a second V-cut with the other foot to reposition the ball on the opposite side

Common mistakes

Pulling the ball straight back instead of snapping it back on a 45-degree angle.
