Back Steps While Maintaining Knee Contact

Straddle the bag with one knee sliding across, back-step the trailing leg over the bag while maintaining continuous contact between your sliding knee/shin and the bag.

  • Keep the lead knee/shin glued across the top of the heavy bag
  • Step the trailing leg deep behind in a wide back-step arc
  • Switch hips and rotate immediately back across to repeat on the other side
